RentIn is a Startup, it is a platform that gives opportunity to rent Houses, Hostels, Apartments, shops, PG, Flats and also provide users to book accommodation directly contacting to owner. Owner of the RentIn are Engineers, initially they started with the App Development & Website Development, but somehow they were facing difficulties to attract Potential Customers, as they have no idea about marketing.
Through detailed research on the industries trends we concluded that 69% of companies are developing loyal fans for their brands via social media marketing. In the same vein, 66% of users between the ages of 18 and 24 years old are more loyal to the brands they follow on social media, while 60% of 25 to 34 years old favor the businesses they follow on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They like to follow company pages only if they get to see attractive graphical & Visual content. Keeping this in mind we setup their social media profile & designed different campaigns to attract visitors.
The strategy was to promote relevant contents and posts with the help of gifs and videos as a part of promotion. The idea was simple, we made the visitors engage and also share our contents naturally as an influencer. We launched campaigns like #FriendshipDayCampaign & #RakshaBandhanCampaign. Lots of visitor participated in these campaigns and it achieved a good response from people. We provided offers which was a good driver for response, the real sauce for success was to seed comedy posts and social commentary into the feeds.
